Dr. David C. Stauffer

Dr. David Stauffer serves as the Senior Pastor of Journey Church in Plymouth, Indiana, where his passion is helping people from all walks of life encounter the life-changing love of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Dave came to faith as an adult and soon felt a deep calling to pastoral ministry. Over more than 25 years of ministry, he has dedicated himself to helping others know Christ personally and follow Him in practical, daily life. His leadership is shaped by a heart for discipleship, grounded in Scripture and fueled by a desire to see every believer grow in faith and purpose.

In addition to pastoring at Journey Church, Pastor Dave brings decades of experience in organizational leadership — both in for-profit and not-for-profit environments — and he currently teaches at Bethel University, where he equips students to lead with integrity and excellence.

Pastor Dave and his wife, Sue, have been married since 1982. They are blessed with three grown children and four grandchildren. Dave values family, lifelong learning, and serving the community with humility and grace. He and Sue have made Journey Church their home since July 2018, and together they enjoy seeing lives transformed through the gospel.
